PHOENIX CHRISTIAN WINS 2A TITLE

Coach Mark Band said earlier in the season the team had not played up to their potential but continued on their win streak and ultimately took the 2A AZHS Title over Tombstone, winning 7-6.

Oliver Sierra went 2-3 in the game and Jude House pitches 3 scoreless innings in relief. The win marks the 6th Championship Title in program history. Head Coach Mark Band said the resilient group managed to compete hard enough at the right time.
