San Tan Charter defeats Horizon Honors 16-1
San Tan Charter came up with another big win against Horizon Honors, topping the Eagles 16-1. The win for San Tan Charter ended a five game win streak for the Horizon Eagles and logged the lowest scoring game for the Eagles so far this season.
Braden Peasel played a big part in the route, looking comfortable on the mound for 5 innings, surrendering just one earned run. Peasel also went 2-for-3 at the plate with one home run and two RBIs.
Bairyk Schulte also contributed to routing the Horizon Eagles, going 3-for-4 with one home run, 3 RBIs and one double in the game.
The Horizon Honor Eagles have proven capable to put up runs, coming off tallying 23 runs scored in their previous game. The Eagles look to bounce back as they take on Benson next.
